Youth Showcase

Scenes from Youth Showcase Award 2024

Frank Kirshenbaum

Youth Showcase Chair

PFLI is a member of the Photographic Society of America (PSA), and we participate in their annual Youth Showcase. PSA “seeks to encourage the newest generations to learn and share the enjoyment of photography.”

The Youth Showcase is for all high school students across the USA and a few high schools outside this country. Before schools submit images to the PSA , the PFLI conducts our own competition and awards ceremony. This is PFLI’s 15th year participating in the Showcase. The PFLI started with six high schools, and over the years, more than twenty schools have participated. Each year we’ve had PSA winners. Our PFLI winners consistently represent themselves well from all the entries in the PSA contest.
